The disc version of the Team-30 with 30mm rim height offers a low-cost semi-aero wheel set for disc brakes with unbeatable 1900 grams.
Super-light disc wheels: the Vision Team 30 SL Disc Construction is very similar to the rim brake Team30, with 30mm deep aluminum rims and CNC machined hubs with sealed cartridge bearings.
Disc brakes put very different loads on wheels than rim brakes, so the Team30 Disc is beefed up with more spokes 24 front, 28 rear. 2-cross lacing at the front and a mix of 2- and 3-cross at the back deals with the torque demands of disc brakes.
