Specially developed E-MTB RW hub E-Lution SL from Newmen. The heart of the E-MTB rear wheel hub is the sprocket freewheel which has been specially designed for the needs and performance of the latest electric drives and, according to Newmen, is the most stable freewheel on the market.
Special for E-MTB: the E-Lution SL Straightpull Disc 6-hole Boost Rearwheel-Hub from Newmen At the critical points in the E-LUTION rear hub is more material and thus safety, so that even extreme driving maneuvers are not a problem. In addition, larger double-sealed industrial bearings with a special grease filling are used. The grease used by NEWMEN offers a 25% higher water absorption capacity and a very high bleed temperature, which protects the bearings from premature wear and corrosion. The 17 mm Oversize rear wheel axle is internally butted for weight reasons and ensures best stiffness values. All components are produced to exact tolerances, while TA (tolerance adjustment) caps deliver additional precision adjustment. The TA caps can be used to adjust all component and assembly tolerances and keep the bearings and hub running smoothly for longer. Both flanges have the same diameter, which adds a few grammes but has the huge added benefit of spreading the braking force more evenly across both sides. Combined with extra material around the high-stress spoke holes, the lifespan of the hubs and spokes is increased even with higher spoke tension or when under extreme loads. All of Newmens hubs are designed and produced in Germany.
