Contained entirely within the sculpted flanks of its down tube is the advanced Fazua drive pack and battery, providing seamless pedal assistance via the superbly smooth Shimano Dura Ace Di2 electronic 2×11 transmission. Seamless gear shifts, almost effortless climbing and extended range are just some of the benefits, this is a brand new era in road biking. The drive system is fully removable, adding further to this extraordinary bike’s appeal. A carbon fork, Newmen carbon cockpit components and Newmen Advanced SL R.25 wheelseet finish off a wish-list of range-topping components. FRAME Cube Agree Hybrid C:62 SLT Disc black edition There’s something to be said for not messing with a succesful formula. That’s why, when we set out to design a standard-setting road bike, we wanted to pay homage to road riding’s long history of elegant, form-follows-function design. By enclosing the sophisticated Fazua drive unit and battery entirely within the down tube, our engineering team created a stiff and strong backbone for the Agree Hybrid C:62 SLT Disc but, just as importantly, one that also looks stunning. Our premium C:62 carbon and advanced Twin Mold construction technique combine to create a frame that’s surprisingly light, extremely responsive – thanks partly to 12mm thru axles front and rear – and superbly comfortable. The carbon fork and geometry tailored for comfort mean that you’ll feel right at home, even on the longest rides, and we built in enough clearance for tyres up to 35mm so you can choose the right tyres for the job. Redefine your expectations of what a road bike can be, then go out and ride routes that you never thought possible… Please note that pedals are not included!
Fazua Evation Technology Cube had to postpone their plans for an e-road bike for years with great disappointment. They simply couldn?t find the right drive unit for the job. Too big, too heavy, too loud and too much pedalling resistance above the power assistance threshold. With the Fazua system, Cube can finally achieve its ambitious goals. The innovative Fazua Evation drive system is the lightest and most compact in its class and consists of bottom bracket, drivepack and replaceable battery. With a total weight of less than 5 kg, it is extremely light and perfect for a high-end road bike like the Cube Agree Hybrid. Features Cadence In order to get the best possible support from the engine, your pedaling frequency should be between 65 and 85 crank revolutions / minute. Torque The drive system has a two-sided torque measurement: The more power you bring to the crank, the more support you get back. Freewheel At over 25 km/h, the freewheel decouples the engine from the transmission and you can reach peak speeds on your own, without having to pedal against the engine. Software The software is programmed in a way that the engine supports you very gently when starting up. Just as gently, the engine shuts off at 25 km/h again. Battery Fazua deliberately kept the battery small and light: for a particularly long tour you can simply pack a spare battery. With about 15-20% remaining capacity, the support performance is deliberately reduced so that you don’t get stopped abruptly. After 8h, the battery automatically goes into a ‘deep sleep mode’ and must be restarted manually. The battery can NOT be turned on or off via the remote. Top model highlights
