Bianchi Oltre XR4 CV Ultegra Di2 Disc Road Bike 2022 Lightweight and aerodynamic, Bianchi’s Oltre XR4 CV Ultegra Di2 Disc Road Bike is a race-ready choice that can compete with the fastest machines available, whether uphill or down. With carbon tube shapes designed to cheat the wind, an aerodynamic seatpost and an integrated bar / stem with fully enclosed cable routing, this is a very quick bike indeed. However, this speed is not at the expense of comfort, as the Countervail layup of the carbon suppresses fatiguing vibrations from the road and the added clearance for wider tyres allows for greater cushioning and grip. The 12-speed Ultegra Di2 electronic groupset now features wireless transmission from the shifters to the derailleur and battery loom, and has native Bluetooth connectivity so it can be customised and monitored by the Shimano E-Tube app. Hydraulic brakes, now with the Servo Wave technology from the mountain bike ranges, provide fantastic control and power so that the Oltre descends as quickly as it climbs. Ideal for riding and racing in a variety of weather conditions, Fulcrum’s Racing 400 tubeless-ready wheelset is shallow enough to cope with crosswinds but deep enough to still offer an aerodynamic advantage at speed.
